You’re complaining about the joke itself without looking at the context at all. By your own logic, every gay joke ever told by a gay man would also be inherently discriminatory despite the fact that there is clearly irony involved in the telling of the joke.
You, on the other hand, are openly assuming that everyone involved in that train is cisgendered and then automatically attributing malice to it for no adequate reason. This joke is perfectly fine given the context of it all. Something you failed to even ask about. You just went straight into attack mode and assumed everyone involved with this was being hateful and discriminatory. What a sad way to live.

I think 10mb is just a bit much is it not? The difference is writing helicopter or whatever and being able to upload a large file for something, that as far I know could be described in at most a short essay seems a little extreme. I still believe that the joke is about the file size and if you can I’m sure someone will try to run Doom on their gender tag or at least try to play bad apple, that’s just the internet for you.
