After 11 years on reddit, and seeing it completely lose its identity it was founded on, I am stoked to be a part of this and learn as I go about this improved alternative. I believe this is going to change social media, as the giants collapse on themselves.

      How dope would it be if they made a rif for lemmy? I used rif for like 12 years.

        I heard Boost is working on a Lemmy app, which is great - but I liked RIF too.

        If that doesn’t happen prior to MOASS I will track down the team and get them to build one afterwards (and backpay them for all my years with rif lol).

        For sure I feel like my thumb is still looking for it every other time I close an app and am looking for something else to do!
