I feel you. I fly whatever gets me there direct. I’m just a transplant for a term and have Executive Platinum on American but man, red eyes dont work for my business travel. Let me arrive early AM for a business meeting? Nope, that’s means I’m spending an extra day to fly in early and hoping whatever Marriot I’m staying in will let me check in early. Wait, are the luxury hot pockets not really a luxury? Based in HNL and every flight back to mainland is a hassle, Hawaiian has two directs I fly. I don’t mind southwest for sub 3 hour flights but cross ocean, I want to know my seat assignment and have the extra leg room for my tall-self. Let’s see how this shakes out.
