1 year agoAn excellent read, and I was glad to hear that the community had been smart and saved/invested profits from the crab harvest during the bountiful years. Hopefully they’re able to pivot their economy to be more diverse and secure.
If it’s truly tasteless and dissolves completely in water, yet can bind like eggs, that opens up a huge range of applications. Really hope they’re able to scale up production.
