  • Being aware of it is the first step. It’s the same rush you get from cursing when in pain, or punching a pillow/wall when you’re upset. The flood of anger, especially righteous anger, can be it’s own reinforcement. Stop giving yourself that stimulation. You’ll feel agitated and restless, but you need to break the habit.
