For liberals/capitalists in the West, “sweatshops” are what exists in “the third world”, if such a factory exists in the West, then it is a “factory with poor working conditions”, e.g. Amazon warehouses, Tyson chicken processing plants, and so on. The difference is in the perceived essence, a sweatshop will forever be a sweatshop, while a factory with poor working conditions can always improve those conditions to become a factory with good working conditions.

And terminals. The idea behind Spleen is that it can be read on tiny terminals/screens, that’s why there’s a 5x8 version. If you have a small LCD screen attached to a Raspberry Pi for example then Spleen is a good font to use.

You joke (probably) but they’ve done studies and not only is comic sans one of the most legible fonts, but people tend to remember more information if they read it in comic sans.

Why not buy used parts on ebay or your country’s equivalent? I bought my CPU, motherboard, RAM, power supply used. The only new thing was my computer case, because I found a cheap one.

Not to keen on taking pharmaceuticals if I don’t need to. Haven’t had a night terrors episode in years, so they’re not that frequent. I’ve just been super anxious lately and I’ve had a few extreme panic/PTSD attacks, so that’s probably the reason for night terrors. My nightmares are usually of the form that someone or something is after me, and I think that’s classic anxiety.

I scream and flail in the dream hoping that eventually it will be carried over to real life. I’ve even tried once falling asleep with a phone in my hand so that I could call someone from the dream world. It actually nearly worked, I was dialing with my hands but I was in the dream and then the phone appeared in my dream, that’s when I knew the experiment failed: can’t call from a dream phone.
