Not the server power supply per the notes above, but some component that supplies power to the rack. Perhaps the PDU, or other distribution components? Depending on the rack, it could take a couple of hours to replace, but certainly the ticket should have been picked up far earlier for service!

I occasionally used to kill time reading pro revenge or similar stories. I use dark mode but sometimes do a CTRL-A to temporarily change the text colours. One day at work I was reading a story and apparently copied the text of a story to the clipboard. The story was the pasted into a message to several police service customers as well as my boss.
