I can understand a university offering courses about “History of” or “Societal impact of people believing in” with regards to magic/occult/whatever.
We have a company like that here somewhere. When they have one job a year, they have to reduce hours, if they have two, they are doing OK, and if they have three, they have to work overtime like mad. Don’t ask me what they are selling, though. It is big, runs on tracks, and fixes roads.
Wrong sales pitch. Should have been “A new and innovative way to cut corners”
OMG. They want 2.5M$ for that place. Just imagine the amount of work you would need to make this place habitable for normal people again, and the price would probably double.
The color of the place would not want me to cook there, either.
Not the drawing table? Easy! It’s a dinner table with seating for six!
You don’t need a “scientist” for that. Any medical personnel shoukd have a good chance to sufficiently preserve a piece of the specimen. If they had questions about how to do that, they could always call or radio a hospital or even university - the latter would probably be more than happy to lend support in such a case.
