  • I’ve only ever felt my head spinning once on weed and it was my first time when I took 30 mg of edibles and had a full blown episode of thinking I time looped 6 times in a row while looking in the mirror (honestly, a really bad experience).

Note that I now know that my appropriate dosage is 5-10 mg and 10 mg is a solid high while 5 mg is just a pleasant buzz (akin to taking a few glasses of alcohol, but not being drunk). You might be taking too much for your body and inhaling isn’t exactly super accurate dosage. Not everyone has the same tolerance. My mother can tolerate 25 mg; if I were to take that much I’d bad trip like the first time on that 30 mg gummy. I’d take a very low dose if I was you, like 2 mg edibles as a start, that way you know what dose you’re taking.

  • I have ADHD and I take edibles from time to time. Edibles make me concentrate and notice things. Also, I take a dose appropriate for my tolerance (which is rather low, so I take 5-10 mg depending on the time of day). So I’m high, but I’m not so high I’m detached from reality or near a coma.

Edit: Sativa makes me have a head high and Indica makes me sleepy af, because of the body high. So Sativa edibles are what I take for concentration.

  • If she got bit by a rabid dog, she’d get the vaccine in a heartbeat. Anti-vaxxers are only anti-vaxxers out of pure spite for science and the government. That’s literally it. Willfull ignorance and contradicting personalities in defiance of the status quo. If the disease has a low risk of them or their loved ones dying, they’ll take the risk of not taking the vaccine, because they suck at math and it can’t possibly happen to them and their family.

If the risk of death is 100% (like in rabies), they’ll take the vaccine, because they know deep down they are fking wrong about vaccines and they don’t want the 100% chance of death.

Btw, If you ever debate with an anti-vaxxer irl, asking them if they’d take the rabies vaccine once bit by a rabid animal does fuck up their stupid logic quite effectively.

  • I do eat vegetables, simply not legumes as they give me gas and bloating (and I’m not the only one it happens to, it’s so common, there’s a reason comedians joke about eating them and farting). Can we stop pretending legumes don’t cause gas and bloating? 😂 As if me pointing it out means I don’t eat veggies, gtfo here.

    "Fiber makes you bloat

Beans are just one example of high fiber foods. When you eat a ton of fiber, you increase your chances of bloating, stomach pain and gas."

It’s not even hard to find this out. Btw it’s bean AND legumes that do this (the article mentions it and this is not the only source that says this). Happy reading.

Ignore the legumes suggestion, it’s nasty af and makes most people’s stomachs bloated and inflammed (which gives gas and is the reason there are so many jokes on legumes giving people gas). Eat fish, nuts, artisanal cheeses (very low lactose compared to other cheeses) or even just homemade jerky. Good for the brain and no bloating unless you have some diagnosed gut diseases.

For those who can’t be bothered to read my replies, proof of legumes irritating the stomach of many people, causing bloating, causing gas and even pain:

Stay educated. You don’t HAVE to eat legumes, you can get fiber and essential nutrients in many other foods which is why I recommended other healthy foods, which don’t cause physical discomfort or pain.
