Seven people were killed in the attack, and 16 people were injured, the Israel Police Spokesperson’s Unit and Shin Bet said in a joint statement Wednesday. The two alleged attackers were also killed, police said.

In a statement Wednesday, Hamas’ military wing claimed responsibility for the attack.

    I wonder how aware Israel has been of this and maybe they waited before hitting Lebanon so they’d only have to deal with one thing at a time.

    I think you could be right about that. It would go along with Netanyahu’s former best friend’s claim that Netanyahu wants a forever war to keep his dictatorial war powers.
